DePrima Ventures, was founded in 2001. We have sat on both sides of the negotiation table; as serial entrepreneurs and investors. We understand the challenges of building value based tractions. Along with providing capital, we have sucessfully completed complex commercial real estate transactions,   advised and participated in multple M&A transactions, completed more than a dozen licensing deals, successfully completed turn-around projects and closed multiple exits to large public companies.
